about

A richly melodic interpretation of the ancient language of the I Ching whose 64 archetypes symbolize all aspects of human life.
I Ching's yin and yang forms stories and images brought to life in Vol. 3 of the 4 part series

The beauty of ancient truths are met with new comprehension! Ancient wisdom is revealed as the 64 hexagrams (symbols) of the I Ching are found to contain the codes of our genetic makeup. The Firm/Yielding sequences are representative of the basic motions of the Universe.

This is the third in a series of four albums interpreting the 64 symbols of the I Ching. An I Ching symbol called a hexagram and consists of 6 lines in different combinations of Yin and Yang that tell a unique story.

These original compositions are inspired by deep contemplation of each of these symbols; delving into the rhythms, colors and emotions to evoke a perspective experienced through the medium of sound.

The works are mainly instrumental with emphasis on keyboards and various guitars with distinctive sound blends great for two musicians who came from different musical backgrounds.
